This document presents a diagnosis of the dimensions of analysis associated with food systems in the department of Santander (Colombia) as a contribution to the process of building a roadmap to transform food systems in the department.

The elaboration and construction process of the diagnosis is part of the actions included in the Roadmap for Food and Land Use in Colombia – FOLU Colombia, which has prioritized promoting the transformation of food systems at the territorial level towards regeneration. It is also part of the efforts of the University of Santander to promote a comprehensive and shared vision of the department, understanding the way in which food is produced, transformed and consumed and its effects on the health of ecosystems and people.
