This Plan for the Environment, Development and Peace of the Serranía de las Quinchas in Otanche Boyacá has been developed with the support and participation of various actors and public and private institutions that have a presence in the Serranía de las Quinchas in the municipality of Otanche and that have participated in the different spaces of the Quinchas Alliance, contributing ideas and knowledge. The diagnosis has been made based on information from different sources. The edition of this Plan has been in charge of the work team of the Development and Peace Program of Western Boyacá-Boyapaz- and E3-Ecology Economy and Ethics, with the support of Redprodepaz.
