This document presents the Colombian Climate Finance Strategy as one of the major commitments of the Government of Colombia to achieve the transition to a greener, more resilient and low-carbon economy, fostering new sources of competitiveness, preparing the country to face the climate challenge and promoting a climate compatible development of the future. This Strategy seeks to strengthen the country’s capacities to plan, access, mobilize, allocate, implement, monitor and evaluate the impacts of climate finance.
