The Integrated Territorial Climate Change Management Plan of the Department of Quindío (PIGCCTQ), becomes a guiding instrument that allows generating knowledge and tools to incorporate climate change into development management, creating an articulated and effective action for the consolidation of more sustainable territories, adapted and resilient to this event.
