This document has been developed to support the Colombian Government and especially the Financial Management Committee of SISCLIMA, to understand the potential of green bonds as financing instruments for programs and projects that will lead to green growth and climate compatible development in Colombia, and to undertake actions for the development of a successful green bond market in Colombia.
