There is an economic development path for Colombia that increases the productivity of the agricultural sector, opens markets and at the same time boosts rural development, in line with the sustainability agenda and the desire to maintain a lasting peace. This document presents a Roadmap for a new economy for Food and Land Use, developed within the framework of the FOLU Colombia Coalition. The new economy for food and land use that we describe here could result in major economic, social and environmental benefits for Colombia.
